IT Support Analyst – Belfast
Full-time | Onsite (5 days per week)

We’re working with a leading professional services firm in Belfast city centre who are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their busy in-house IT team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with around 2+ years’ experience in IT support who is keen to build their skills in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

• Provide first-line IT support to 190+ users.

• Support Windows 10, Windows Server 2016/2019, Office 365 and networking.

• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues across laptops, PCs, and peripherals.

• Assist with projects including system rollouts and Azure Virtual Desktop migration.

• Gain exposure to information security, VMware, and telephony systems.

You will need:

• 2+ years’ IT support experience.

• Good knowledge of Windows environments & Office 365.

• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent customer service.

• A motivated, proactive approach and willingness to learn.
